Questions

Good to know.

Do I need to have systems in place already?

Not at all. Most clients don’t. We’ll start with whatever you’re using today, even if it’s a shared inbox and a notebook.

Will you do the work in the roadmap?

The roadmap tells you what to do and who should do it. If you’d like ongoing help making sure it happens, that’s what the Ops Partnership is for.

How much does it cost?

The Roadmap is a flat, one-time fee, so there are no hourly surprises. Founding clients receive special introductory pricing, and you’ll get a clear quote before anything begins.

How do I pay?

Once we agree it’s a fit, you’ll receive a simple one-time invoice. No subscription, no card on file.

Who’s actually doing the work?

I am. Done & Co. is a one-person practice led by an operations professional with more than 20 years of experience. You’ll work with me directly from start to finish.
